We are always in transition, in-between, moving from one thought, one activity to another: losing a job or starting a new career; beginning or ending or transforming a relationship; practicing with birth and death. How do we meet the large and small transitions in our lives? Which ones need our attention, need to be explored? What transitions draw us; which do we avoid? How do we grieve what needs to be grieved, let go, embrace and celebrate the new as it comes toward us?
During this day we will explore how we listen, meet, and practice with the transitions in our lives. We will sit, move, write, and talk.
The cost for the day is $25 plus a traditional donation (dana) to the teachers at the end of the day. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please bring a bag lunch.
